This path may be a fix for bug #11533 
(https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=11533). Already posted on 
bug report.

Changelog:
* BCI does not work correctly for source widths that are not multiples 
of 16 pixels. Add check for this and use software conversion when not a 
multiple of 16.
