Hi, i posted a bug to fedora's bug tracker:

If you can give your time and expetrise to fix this bug it would be
much appreciated.

Here is copy/paste:
When I plug my laptop to external samsung 19" monitor it works great, resolution
is set correctly to 1280x1024 and my laptop screen stays on with its own
resolution of 1280x800.
The problem is with artifacts that emerge when I scroll some application, like
firefox web browser (look at the attached photo).
If I move the nautilus window in the right part of the screen until the middle
nothing happens, but if the bottom part of the nautilus window (or any other)
crosses below 735 pixel the artifact lines emerge.
It looks like desktops from laptop and external monitor intersect badly and that
some lines "spill" from one desktop to another.
Cheers,
Valent.
