Hi All,

I just got an ASUS P5E-VM motherboard with a VGA and HDMI output on it
(x3500 is what the box said).

I'm using a HDMI->DVI converter that came with the motherboard.
When the machine boots, I can get a picture on the DVI interface from
the monitor, until X kicks in. I've tried the intel driver shipped with
Fedora 8 (x86_64) and git of the driver as of today. Both give me the
same results. xrandr shows the monitor on the DVI interface properly
when I hook it up and another monitor on VGA.

Any suggestions on what to do to make the DVI interface work. I've tried
adding "disable" to the xorg.conf file and got only the TDMS interface
to show up in xrandr, but it was still outputting on the VGA connection.

Thanks,

Kevin
