Problem with intel driver on laptop with 945GM chipset

Thank you, Sergio.

I turned on following options:

  Option      "Tiling" "false"
  Option "FramebufferCompression" "false"
  Option "AccelMethod" "XAA"


And this also haven't worked out... I have noticed no changes - for 
better or for worse.
I attach my Xorg.0.log and xorg.conf for you to compare with previous 
versions.
If you had any ideas, please let me know and I'll test it.
