X.Org Foundation Annual Board of Directors Meeting

Kreitman, Kevin Martin, Daniel Stone, Matthieu Herrb, Jim
McQuillan, Adam Jackson, Egbert Eich, Stuart Anderson, Eric
Anholt

The meeting began by thanking the outgoing Board members,
asking them to continue to help the organization, and
inviting their comments and suggestions.  Stuart Kreitman
offered some useful thoughts on our funding and sponsorship
situation.  Stuart Anderson gave a nice summary of the state
of our IT infrastructure.  The incoming board members were
welcomed to the organization.  All of the outgoing members
indicated a preference for Belgian chocolate from FOSDEM as
a thank you gift; Keith is working on this.

It was agreed that Board meetings will be held on IRC on a
bi-weekly basis for the foreseeable future.

The principal business of the meeting was to elect officers,
and to form committees to handle various activities in
progress.  The results of this process are as follows:

    Financial:         Keith Packard (chair), Egbert Eich

    Transition:        Egbert Eich (chair), Adam Jackson

    Communications:    Carl Worth (chair), Bart Massey, Kevin Martin

    Election:	       Carl Worth, Adam Jackson, Eric Anholt,
		       Matthieu Herrb (chair to be selected at
		       first meeting)
