Second monitor blank with radeon, works with vesa

Can you try with the patch I just committed to git
(9ab5d2ec7c583c74f364d7cfbb54bcd2cd8ae2f5)?  On certain cards you have
to restore crtc1 before crtc0 or you may end up with a blank screen.
