[PATCH] Implement PCI ID-based Driver Autoloading

Hi Aaron,

   First off, thanks again for reviewing the patches. Here's a version that
incorporates your suggestions. It now will check for subvendor and
subdevice ID's, and do so using the library-supplied macros. I also
eliminated the uint16 bits by just passing the whole structure.

   I've also folded the previous patch stack, as well as the new one, in to
this single diff for clarity. If you want the original patch stack, or just
the last addition with the revisions from your comments I'm more than happy
to supply it.
