Intel driver and batchbuffers

~anholt/xf86-video-intel intel-batchbuffer is the current stuff.  It
needs:
- compat path for non-TTM mode
- Fix DRM fence waiting to not bail after 3 sec.
- Reduce ring size so we fill the ring with over 3 seconds of rendering
less?
- fix 965 render accel issues (xcompmgr -c, drag a window)
- fix recently introduced periodic screen flicker with some rendering.

So, that list doesn't look like a short time unless something amazing
happens.
