xserver 1.6 branch and mouse position zapping

Well I rebuilt with newer dri2proto and as expected nothing changed.

Also tried disabling the last patch for locale settings etc. and it made 
no odds either.

Rebuilding libcompizconfig seems to have been the key here. Anyways, 
it's certainly not a problem in the xserver so not and issue for 1.6 :)
