Maximum Screen Size for intel driver

I've recently posted patches that allow the Intel driver to resize the
frame buffer on the fly, which will make the Virtual line unnecessary
(as long as you're running UXA and DRI2). I'm hoping to get them merged
to master fairly shortly so others can help test them.
