Memory usage problems with X.org on ProSavage DDR

I greatly apologize about the delayed response. I have attempted to use pmap but it appears to be unavialable on FreeBSD, I attempted to compile it with no success and it is marked broken in ports. I have been looking for solutions to this but nothing yet.
