Building X11R7.4 from source

This would mean to me that either the directions on the website are incorrectly
pointing users to the wrong url (so the website directions should be fixed), or
the urls on the website are correct but there are missing files in the locations
pointed to by the website directions.  The website directions do not tell users
to go to "http://xorg.freedsktop.org/archive/X11R7.4/src".
