Choices include:
1) Don't build app/bitmap - you probably don't need it, unless
   you really need a simple black-and-white XBM bitmap editor.
2) Replace the XAW_CHECK_XPRINT_SUPPORT line in configure.ac
   with a PKG_CHECK_MODULES(..., xaw7) entry, as was done in:
