Intel G43 on Fedora 9

I just installed Fedora 9 on a machine with Intel G43 graphics. It's a
relatively new chipset, and I've been having some trouble getting it
working, so I decided to email the list for suggestions. Here's what
I've tried so far.
First, I noticed that Fedora 9 has version 2.3.2 of the i810 driver, so
I installed version 2.4.0 from Rawhide, like so:
yum --enablerepo=rawhide install xorg-x11-drv-i810
The package installed correctly, so the system had
xorg-x11-drv-i810-2.4.0-1.fc10.x86_64. The Xorg.0.log confirms that
version 2.4.0 of the i810 module was loaded, but it gave a "No devices
detected" error. I'm attaching the full Xorg.0.log and output from
"lcpci -v" in case it helps.
Second, I checked out drm and xf86-video-intel with git and then
compiled and installed them. When I restarted X, it said that the i810
module version was 2.4.99, but otherwise, the errors were the same.
If there's any additional information that would be helpful, please let
