xorg hang after resume

Hi,
I'm using T43p (M24GL [Mobility FireGL V3200] (rev 80)) with Gentoo.

Yesterday I emerged the following:

Finally, after more than 2.5 years, DRI started working !
This morning, I tried to resume and saw that X hangs right after resume.
At this stage I can only use the power-off button (nothing else works).
I double checked, and saw the same behavior.

I need your help with debugging this issue.
