I have noticed the same thing when running the gnash plugin with firefox.  But 
I had ignored it because I thought that perhaps it was an issue with gnash 
which is currently in an alpha state.  Since the flash plugin is not 
available for my arch I can't comment on this other than to point out that it 
is not limited to the offical flash plugin.  I also have no idea if this is 
in anyway related to Xorg.
