you don't specify any orientation for screen2 to in your config:
Screen "Screen0"
# Screen "Screen1"
Screen "Screen2"
should be something like:
Screen "Screen0" 0 0
# Screen "Screen1"
Screen "Screen2" RightOf "Screen0"
