CLE266 / FS454 TV Encoder driver development

I need a driver for Via's CLE266 (Unichrome).
Openchrome/ Unichrome support VGA output, 
but no TV-Output with FS454 encoder,
the code for for fs454 was removed from
the driver becouse it was messy.

We willing to pay for devlopment/revival of
the fs454 support.
