Intel 865G: Monitor no longer powers off with intel driver (worked with i810) driver.

Any ideas here?

Everything was working fine with the i810 driver, now that I am using the Intel 
driver, the screen blanks but the monitor does not turn off:

DPMS (Energy Star):

   Monitor is On
