Indeed there isn't, the xorg.conf syntax for RandR 1.2 is described in
the xorg.conf manpage. The upshot is to create a monitor section with
Option "Enable" "false" and assign it to the S-video output by calling
it "S-video" or using Option "monitor-S-video" "<Monitor section
identifier>".
