[EXA] commit "EXA: Support partial migration of pixmap contents between Sys and FB" causes text corruption

I talked to him, and he said he sent you his findings yesterday.

The issue is the pixmap offset given by exaGetPixmapOffset().

They are incorrect, as a workaround nouveau renders them to something
called a front buffer (i have a vague idea what that is), but it leads
to the graphic corruption seen here.
