OLPC keyboard definitions - take 12

Here's a new iteration of the OLPC resync patch, with all the changes
requested on the previous review, plus:

 - add keysym for the "show source" key
 - add keysym for the "search" key
 - integrate arabic olpc mapping into "pk"
