AUDIO extension

The first release of my AUDIO extension for the X Window System is available 
at:

  http://www.chaoticmind.net/~hcb/murx/xaudio

The implementation has been reworked so that it can be compiled as a 
stand-alone loadable server module; this is for the convenience of "curious 
testers" who would like to give it a try without recompling their entire X 
server.

Some sample programs that demonstrate how the system is intended to
work are provided as well as the beginnings of man-pages for the API provided.
