xf86-input-keyboard needs an updated tarball for 7.3

As was mentioned here 
<http://lists.freedesktop.org/archives/xorg/2007-September/027856.html>, 
the latest xf86-input-keyboard tarball version is 1.2.0. However, unlike 
the current git version, this version does not contain the 
'xf86Keymap.h' and 'xf86OSKbd.h' files. As a result, the latest tarball 
of xf86-input-keyboard will not build with xorg-server 1.3.99.2.

Therefore, before the 7.3 release, I believe that xf86-input-keyboard 
needs an updated tarball.
