I find it interesting that the description of the red pixel static
resembles the problem I have with my VP201s LCD when I drive it above
155 MHz on DVI-D. I believe it's a problem with the panel (i.e.
incorrect EDID pixclock max), since I don't see the issue with other
panels.

BY the way, I tried his xvidtune fix, but I kept getting bad modeline
errors, even with numbers that match the current mode. I guess this is
another randr change?
