LG Flatron L226WTQ with intel and radeon drivers

Great, this also fixes the Intel case for us.

Here is the patch that applies to server-1.3-branch. Bryce, i guess it
should be applied to the ubuntu Xserver. Too bad this wasn't found
earlier.
