I have already tried playing with xrandr modes with no success. Also,
my LCD menu shows the mode as 1680x1050 at 58Hz instead of 60Hz. Perhaps
that has something to do with the problem? I have tried adding the
Vert and Horiz refresh rates in xorg.conf, but the problem still
persists.
