Okay, I cannot verify your bug because of a different keymap i use here
and lack of time now. But I have another issue:

Option "XkbRules"	"xorg"
Option "XkbModel"	"pc104"
Option "XkbLayout"	"de"

when I press ´ or ` following a d or a D (or some other usually non-accented letter)
I don't get the d or D at all. I'll try nodeadkeys later... just no time yet.
