Well, as I said, you can either install the nvidia binary driver
(debian may provide a packaged version, otherwise I guess you can
download it from nvidia), or edit your xorg.conf (/etc/X11/xorg.conf)
as I described below.  If you hae trouble editing it, let me know and
attach your config and I can walk you through it.
