bugzilla problem with comment to #12474

While trying to add comment to #12474 (BTW. if you are xserver developer then 
please HELP) I got:

undef error - Can't locate object method "parse" via package "Email::Address" 
(perhaps you forgot to load "Email::Address"?) at Bugzilla/BugMail.pm line 
668.

but comment was added properly.
