[PATCH^3] xkeyboard-config: new af variants, add kz group switch, fix h key in ng

The attached patches do:

 - add OLPC variants for the Afghanistan Pashto, Dari and Uzbek
   layouts

 - Add the Group Switch key to the Kazakh layout

 - Fix the 'h' key on the Spanish layout


Unrelated comment: I'm starting to feel the need for some
automated checks to catch the obvious typos.  It doesn't
have to do the most exotic stuff to be useful...

How about adding a "make check" rule that runs at least xkbcomp
on all existing layouts and reports errors?
