xrandr doesn't unclone CRTCs...

Your changes have had an sideeffect (in my eyes). When a crtc is
needed for a specific output, it doesn't relocate the other one to
make room.

Example:

VGA-0: crtc 0 only
DVI-D-0: crtc 0 and 1

DVI-D-0 running on crtc0 and then plugging in VGA-0.

Result is that it cannot find a crtc for that output.
