TV out on 830m

I have a prototype style intel 830M with a onboard svideo and composite 
out and I have been reading all I can on the list but I still can't 
figure out the right options to set to get it to enable TV out.  I'm 
running debian unstable with the current intel 2.0.0 driver.  I tried 
Option "MonitorLayout" "TV,NONE", but it didn't do anything for me.
