Pixman dependency

I think I'd prefer a new product called 'pixman', which is the name of
git repository. The existing bugs are largely not relevant to the new
library. 

But I don't have a strong opinion either way, though I'd like to be
automatically CC'ed on bugs, whatever the product ends up being.
