Latest pixman changes for fbpict.[ch] breaks client menus with Xming

Hi,

I'm tracking the ongoing pixman changes to the xserver in git for the Xming
build.

The changes to fbpict[.ch]

caused certain clients to loose some rendering e.g. 'kcontrol' looses its
'Index' rendering leaving just the +'s.

Reverting just these changes fixes.
