Sure. Want to bet what Dell's, HP and IBM's reaction would be if they
could no longer sell any Linux server due to lack of video¹ ?

Now that Intel got on the FLOSS driver boat, AMD/ATI is playing a
dangerous game.

¹ All the major proprietary software packages for Linux like Oracle
require X to be configured, because those ISV forgot how to write CLI
tools.
