intel 1.9.93: ch7017Power & ch7017PrintRegs undefined

I've been building our Solaris builds so that undefined symbols are
an error, and thus the ch7017 module in xf86-video-intel-1.9.93 is
failing to build, because these symbols aren't defined anywhere:

Are these defined somewhere non-obvious?   (I don't see them in any
file in the intel driver or xserver trees.)   Or just an oops?
