I've got offers by some distributors of Molex products for these
ADD2-R cards:

  79530-5000 MicroCross(tm) DVI ADD2-R Card, PCI-Express Standard Bracket,16X, BTX System
  79530-5002 MicroCross(tm) DVI ADD2-R Card, PCI-Express Low Bracket, 16X,BTX System

Delivery time is about 22-24 weeks. Price about 60 EUR for one card or
even more (up to 100 €). And you need to purchase a minimum of 32
cards (packaging unit).

Given that Wintec currently is redesigning their 2xDVI ADD2 products,
forget about 2x DVI with Intel hardware. :-(

Best regards,
Stefan
