Note that the new server supports Xinerama as a part of the RandR 1.2
implementation, so you shouldn't enable the old-school Xinerama unless
you're using multiple graphics cards.

But, the log file just says it crashed, which isn't very useful. Can you
capture a stack trace using gdb? For some reason the server crash didn't
provide any stack information in the log. Rebuilding server and driver
without optimization and with debugging would help even more.
