Sorry, this is partially my fault. I converted this documentation from
linuxdoc to docbook over this release cycle so that I could actually write
the release notes. Apparently other developers had trouble building them,
and I haven't had a chance to pass off the built versions. It's on my list
of things to do this weekend.
