Speeding up X's start time

If you use intel driver there is a delay that is a result of how the new
randr support detects the connected devices (I think). From what I've
read here I believe this isn't possible to fix without some fairly
significant restructuring of the server. But I could have made all this
up after a heavy night smoking crack :p
