[R500/Avivo] avivotool patch

Hi,

here is a patch to avoid segfault when only --debug switch is used with
avivotools. I used getopt_long, I don't know if it hurts or not. I also
added an uid check to alert non-root users (who can't get any stats).
Finally I fixed some compilation warnings.

I also saw that some case statements are missing in avivotools, so
almost any card is reported as "Unknown card". I didn't fixed it since
I guess it will be done when integrating other PCI IDs

Is there anything I can do to help you with this driver (I've a
Mobility Radeon X1400).
