A CVS checkout of the XACE-SELINUX branch around mid-2004 would give you 
something in the 6.7-6.8 time frame.  Revision number 1.2.2.1 might be 
the "latest" version from that time frame; I scanned cvsweb quickly but 
everything's "Three years ago" at this point.

I don't have patches, unfortunately.
