Compiling xlis

For 6.9 and earlier, you have to download the source to the entire
X Window System - it wasn't until 7.0 that the libraries were split
out into seperate tarballs for each one.

The 6.9 source tarballs can be found at:
	http://xorg.freedesktop.org/releases/X11R6.9.0/
