i915 limited to 1280x1280? (muli display question)

Found that option in xfce toolbar manager. Strange that the laptop
screen is scren2 in stead of screen 1 as it should :-/
I also noticed that pop-up option screens of openoffice pop up in screen
1 even though the main window is on screen 2.
Weird...
