Makes me wonder if Linux will ever be ready for the common desktop, not to mention laptop

However, on the 3D side of things, I reported two bugs in the OpenGL
portion of the G965 driver months ago, and not gotten even an
acknowledgment:
https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=10571
https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=10604
In one bug I have a patch, and in the other bug I have a test case that
demonstrates the problem.
I don't want to sound like I'm flaming Intel, because I am very
appreciative of their work and commitment to xorg. However, it seems
that they are a bit understaffed. I was hoping that by contributing
patches and test cases, I would help to bolster community involvement in
the driver, but it didn't work out that way.
