Updating xf86driproto

Hi folks !

Is there a procedure to follow to update xf86driproto to a newer mesa
version of dri_interface.h ?

The current server needs the latest one with Michel's addition of
setTexOffset to DRIscreenrec or won't build.

I've locally commited an update but I didn't push since I don't know if
there's some procedure to follow vs tagging etc... when updating those
proto packages.
