[PATCH] Fix max Pixmap size using EXA acceleration in Xserver

The following patch fixes the problem with the maximum pixmap size being
unnecessarily reduced from 32767 to ~8300. The code has already ensured that
the 32767 limit is not exceeded and the deleted code is not required and 
breaks
the API.
