Intel i915GM with SDVO CH7021A support?

Thanks for all your help with SDVO and the intel driver. I think I've got my 
git setup almost there, it's online at 
git://git.wisemanw.me.uk/xorg/drivers/xf86-video-intel

The server is in S4 with WOL so you might have to wait a bit for it to come 
to life. I've tested it from outside and it seems to be working ok but it 
normally takes a couple of attempts.

Hopefully you'll have time to take a look and see if everythings ok (and 
give me some pointers if not), and then I should be able to add more 
features in my spare time.
