Error during autogen.sh for xserver

Hello all,
i try to compile the X11R7.1 package. All packages before are built without faults (with the built.sh script). 
Because the build.sh scipt ends on (xserver module component ...) i have tried to build it manually:

- change to the X11R7.1/xserver/ directory

./autogen.sh --prefix=/tmp/modular

I have installed the xtrans lib.

autoconf	2.61
automake	1.8.3
m4		1.4.8
libtool		1.5.6

Any suggestions?
